Naturisme B&B Ilmatar 'Clothing Optional'
The Finnish Goddess Ilmatar descends to the water, the cold water of the sea. The Goddess is also called the female spirit of nature. In B&B Ilmatar we want to strengthen the bond with our body. In a very relaxed way, in a very respectful environment, we nestle you in an atmosphere where you as a couple, or alone, or with loved ones can come to rest in an ultimate experience.

**** Bed & Breakfast and Wellness Ilmatar is a naturist B&B and welcomes you in the beautiful Leie region and West Flanders. B&B Ilmatar is a quiet accommodation where you can relax in our wellness room, read a book on your own terrace, have a drink in our cosy sitting room, and above all make free use of the sauna (part private and part communal). Your peace and quiet will be respected by other guests, that is important to us. Pamper yourself with a blissful bath, a lovely outdoor shower, indulge in a delicious breakfast, a late check-out on Sunday. It's all possible at B&B Ilmatar, we welcome you with open arms!
During the very personal and elaborate welcome we explain our concept and we are happy to help you compose your holiday. A nice walk, a beautiful bike ride (you can rent electric bikes from us) or a visit to a city nearby. We give you tips. Together, we will taste a delicious local beer from a brewery in the neighbourhood ('t Verzet from Anzegem and De Feniks from Kortrijk). We can even plan a visit to the brewery.

Are you single, travelling alone? We welcome you. We will be happy to create a special arrangement for you. Ask for it.
But you are also very welcome after a festival or fair (e.g. Kortrijk Xpo), a family visit or during a business trip. Our easy accessibility is a great advantage.
We are a small accommodation, you will not meet many other people here. And so we are a very safe environment with hardly any chance of contamination. That too is important to us!
Wellness
Wellness is important for us, for all our guests. We have one room with a private wellness area connected to it, with an IR-sauna, a Finnish sauna and a Hamman or steam cabin. The wellness facilities in our garden are free to use by all guests. There is an atmospheric barrel sauna (free to use continuously until 10 p.m.), outdoor shower, bucket shower and an extra covered terrace to relax.
From 4 nights onwards, a visit to Saunate Thermen & Beautyfarm is included (possibility of a full day from 11h to 23h). Saunate is a public wellness centre situated in Eke (near Ghent) and is easily accessible from B&B Ilmatar with a very wide range of facilities. There are six saunas, a hammam, foot baths, an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor and outdoor pool, waterfalls, a plunge pool and two rest rooms. There are also 3 daily tanning sessions. In the bar/bistro you can enjoy a drink or a snack. A wonderful addition to your stay at Naturisme B&B Ilmatar and only valid when booking via www.ilmatar.be.
Naturisme / Clothing Optional
B&B Ilmatar is a "Clothing Optional / Naturist B&B". This means that you can stay naked, discreetly and not flashy or challenging. You are welcome as a naturist, but if you prefer to stay dressed, that's possible too. Then you accept that someone else can be naked. Our guests do what they feel comfortable with. And that is up to each and every one of them, they are not obliged to do anything. The saunas are naked for everyone. You can find out more about our unique concept here.
